They may need more time to fix their hair in some mornings, or send their children a bit later to school as a sibling decided to throw a tantrum just prior. Whatever it may be, the flexible working hours arrangement is meant to provide room for our people to function effectively both at work and at home. The hours start as early as clocking in between 8.00am to 9.30am and clocking out between 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
