Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Manager, Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will need to identify and secure credible new digital partners in line with the company's growth strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Description:

  • Grow and build long-lasting business relationship with the Airline Partners to achieve business target via execution of strategies and implementation of joint marketing initiatives/tactical campaigns, marketing activities and launch of key initiatives.
  • Identify and grow business opportunities via exploring new distribution channels & product/channel innovations.
  • Develop and drives a focused strategy towards key accounts by communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to partners and track key account metrics via meeting with respective Airline Operating Carriers (AOCs) representatives consistently.
  • Negotiation of business terms and oversee the agreements for the engagement of new Airline Partners or Partners and work towards the advantage of the company.
  • Manage and follow through various projects assigned with partners until successful implementation and conduct post analysis to measure success rate.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory with collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Participate in roadshows and fairs to support insurance take up, branding and awareness.
  • Conducts and lead product briefing to Partners.
  • Grow and groom successors
  • And other tasks in due course.

 

Requirements

Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

Other requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Good team player
