Description

We are looking for an ethuthiatic Performance Manager Asst. Manager/ Manager who are keen interest in keeping the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the insurance digital industry.

You would need to drive the marketing department’s commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement. You will work closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for paid search, display, digital video and social campaigns across the Tune Protect Group
  • Manage implementation initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals.
  • Continually review bid optimisation, creative and keyword development strategies.
  • Collate customer data across multiple consumer touchpoints to develop consumer funnels and conversion strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting short and long-term customer trends from internal and market data.
  • Work closely with software & engineering team to implement and retrieve user tracking plus conversion data.
  • Benchmark search, display, digital video and social video campaigns against industry’s best practices.
  • Manage direct reports in performance marketing
  • Staying up to date with emerging marketing channels and digital trends in the InsureTech space.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of data-driven marketing experience 
  • Proven track record in running paid media across Search, Display, Video and Social channels
  • Understanding of the digital media eco-system – DSPs, DMPs, third-party data providers
  • Keen understanding of various data models such as but not limited to “LookAlike”, “Affinity” etc.
  • Experience in designing and implementing A/B strategies
  • Experience with Adobe Cloud Advertising or DoubleClick Campaign / Bid Manager would be an added bonus

 

Years of Experience :

  • 3-5 years of data-driven marketing experience

  • Extensive and up to date search marketing trends.
  • Proven achievements in delivering profit growth and ROI.
  • Passionate about digital marketing.
  • Proven analytical abilities plus experience working with large datasets.
  • Technically competent and comfortable working alongside software developers.
  • Passionate about putting the customer at the heart of all marketing activities.
